Come see Profoundly Normal, a touching and beautifully executed made-for-TV movie about Ricardo and Donna Thornton, who will speak at the end of the movie marathon.

Profoundly Normal will be followed by a viewing of Beyond Forest Haven, a short documentary about people’s lives in DC following the closing of Forest Haven, the institution in which Ricardo and Donna grew up.

The 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will take place on Monday, June 23, 2008 at the University of Maryland Golf Course in College Park, MD. Hosted by Takoma Station Community Outreach Group (TSCog), this popular event benefits The Arc of DC programs and services for people with developmental disabilities.
